MIKEY!!! Everyone's favourite orange turtle! You would not BELIEVE how long it took me to get the 2012 picture...
Speaking of, this time I'm going to start with 2012.
So. The 2012 Mikey acts a lot like he's 10-12 while the others act fifteen. Kind of ironic, as he acted 15 in the 2k3 when the others acted 30-40. He definitely doesn't react the way he did in 2k3; when someone insults him he actually IS insulted (The Gauntlet). I felt bad for him in that episode. D:
Anyway, I like how he's so high energy, yet lazy. But I definitely like 2k3 Mikey more. Mainly because of the accent, and because he's not as slow.
2012 Mikey is definitely looked down on and disliked more by his brothers. I also miss the pranks, snappy comebacks, and overall awesomeness. 2k3 Mikey had all of this, though I don't mind new Mikey's voice, his taunts, and his dance moves XD
1987 Mikey is way chillax, and he's not getting on everyone's nerves. Which is nice because it doesn't make him seem stupid, but I think the series overdoes everything, like power rangers did.
Again, tell me what you think!
Becuase they have Jokes and be silly turtle
2012 Mikey is really adorable and cute to look at. Clearly more child like. Made a lot of fangirls happy. Even me
And to end this comment, in my opinion, 2012 is the best. 2003 still epic, cuz he's more "serious" like the entire 2003 series characters, but 2012 Mikey is still SO FREAKIN CUTE!!
1990 will never be spoken of. featuring... she who will not be named.
'i'm your venus!' (lol youtube quote XD)
as for 2007, it was just a movie, not a big series. I feel that, besides the style, it's pretty close to the 2k3 versions.
1987 ver. - That was at the time when I was I kid, I don't really pay much attention on Mikey since I was into Leonardo, back then. Although I already noticed he stands out a lot to be ultra-chilled, even that I love his surfer slang. As I grew older and that Mikey became my favorite, the one thing I'm really intrigued about his characteristics is that he loves pizza MORE than any other turtles, it's nearly disturbing...along with his EXTREMELY strange taste buds that he and his brother can make so much weird toppings. While he is a fun character, I would be a little queasy to hang out and eat pizzas with this interpretation.
2003 ver. - Much like you are, this version of my favorite turtle is my definite favorite. To be honest, the 2003 show is the reason that Mikey became my NEW favorite, let alone replacing Leo. I consider that this when the Party Dude himself is at his prime, with him having the most funny moments throughout the whole series. The things I love so much about this Mikey are Wayne Grayson's talented voice acting, his kicks out of mocking his brothers (especially Raph), his ego that he claims to be the most handsome, and he IS the most talkative turtle throughout the series. He's like Deadpool in a shell (minus the fourth-wall jokes) I'll never get enough of this version.
Oh, one last thing....Did I mention he is..."The Battle Nexus Champion?!" Greatest feat of his life....along with teaming up with some superheroes as the Turtle Titan.
2012 ver. - After reading out all the other comments here that this Mikey got the most praise, mainly because of his innocent appearance. Yeah, I agree that I feel pretty bad for him for the way he's being ridicule by his brothers more than the 2003 version. Putting aside for my empathetic values towards him, I love this version as well
I think that covers everything in a nutshell XD
Mikey(1987) I like his laid back personality, his love for pizza, his surfer lingo, but I don't like that his weapon got changed from nuchucks to a grapling hook! A GRAPLING HOOK!! They did this because they thought his "chucks" were too dangerous......hello what about swords, sais, and a boa staff!! They are way more dangerous!
Mikey(2k3) Ok, I like that he is a pankster. He still likes pizza but he eats more of a variety. He is the litle bro so he is immature at times, but when it comes to battle Mikey becomes focused and more serious.
Mikey(2012) HE IS ADORABLE!!! I think they made him a little too immature though. I also like how he is the one who names things, and I thought it was halairious when he was pouting because he didn't get to name the T-Phone.
