Hello!! ^^ Been quite a while since I've posted a journal, just wanted to post my goals going forward!
As usual, I won't be posting anything in June, but my current goal is to try to post something every day in May, perhaps do an art-a-thon if my schedule allows for it.
My primary objective is to finish the Pikmin Team-Up art series before Pikmin 4 comes out in July! The next MUE chapter has been giving me a bit of trouble, for two separate reasons, but I would like to get it out before my June hiatus ^^ It will be a fairly lengthy one as far as I can tell!
I'll probably start with some song parodies this week just because those have been done for a while, so look out for that!
Not much else to say, but I'm still here! ^^

I recently acquired mine and was keeping tabs on my items via a spreadsheet.

Since there's some discrepancies regarding what exactly you need, I decided to share my totals with you all! This DOES include some DLC items. Most of these are above 80%.

I may be off by a few items, like 2 or 3 at most, but this should be my totals when I got the badge. Hopefully that helps! I didn't get holiday things so you can skip a good number of sets!
Also, as a side note, I was hoping on sharing my Dream Address but I discovered that there is some personal information in my town that I can't hide, so I won't be able to share it... sorry about that

Random Space Chibi Character Lore

I need to get these off my chest I can’t not share these they’re too great - all of these are just theoretical but I like it!
Tobaru is the kind of guy who would stubbornly and vehemently refuse to get a cell phone - to an absolutely ridiculous degree - and then when his friends all pitch in to get him one he’d become totally obsessed with it and almost always be on it - to the point where they have to actively stay next to him to make sure he doesn’t just walk in front of a car.
Zukura would have an interest in making DIY and life hack videos, but they’d start off so overly complicated and require such ridiculously expensive or rare materials that he wouldn’t be taken seriously and he basically becomes a meme. This lasts until he remakes his image and becomes a Custom Repair tutorial for basic home/electronic repairs, leading him to become very popular and well-liked. He’d also have a female pet cat who’d interrupt the videos for attention, knocking his tools and parts away until he pets her and become more popular than him.
Rito would totally be a high-energy streamer at night, featuring Pluto every once in awhile, and a writer during the day. He’d have a lot of unfinished short stories laying around, and writes for the sake of writing.
Pluto helps Rito stream, but for the most part just likes to read and make novel reviews. He’d work as an editor for various blogs and video makers.
Kuribo would also be a streamer, but he ignores his chat, absolutely hates being around anyone, and will never do collabs. He’d often just sit still, hunched over a game console, and inevitably rage when things go south for him, which his fans find hilarious. He’d also, for some reason, own at least three dozen cacti and six large aquariums.
Akaya’s probably the most normal and would most likely make basic beauty tutorials and beauty hacks using natural products that actually work.
Gerosama would totally be the kind of guy who makes his friends play Minecraft minigames for videos, even if they would never play it otherwise. He’d end up becoming super popular because of various skills and comedic abilities. He’d also, once a month, hack into Kuribo’s streams and COMPLETELY mess with them, sometimes without him even noticing for a few weeks.
Kuribo does not actually own any cacti or aquariums. XD I just thought it’d be funny

Wanted to talk about this for a second because I didn’t think about this until recently, and it was far too late to add it to my pikmin team-up picture.
Nintendo seems to always change what yellow Pikmin, specifically, are capable of. Bomb rocks in 1, electrical immunity in 2, good diggers in 3. So, for Pikmin 4, what if electrically/light charged yellow Pikmin could glow in the dark? On top of electricity acting as nectar for the yellows, it could also light up their bodies for a small while - the flowers being the brightest part, as the glow would slowly drain from the feet upwards an the flowers would be the last to go out - which would make them invaluable in dark caves without any light sources and perhaps even night cycles, keeping tender-eyed enemies away and protecting you from beasts that hate bright things. Pikmin is already an inadvertently scary game, and this could just amp up (no pun intended) the suspense to eleven.
We’ve already seen how their flowers can light up when electrified courtesy of the Pikmin shorts, so I think, at the very least, it could be a somewhat innovative idea. And whichever captain
I also think it should follow the number sequence, increasing the captains by one, and be 4 player (Pikmin 4, 4 captains, 4 players) but only if you have 4 Switches.
To prevent things from being too confusing, one of the captains is stuck on the planet and has to survive the night, with whatever Pikmin you may have left behind or left buried, while the other three quest to find him or her. That would increase the Pikmin making strategy, prevent the timer from becoming useless, and prevent unnecessary losses just because a few Pikmin may not have been whistled in time - of course, you’d have to save these quickly before they get devoured.
And perhaps the plot of the game could be Olimar taking his family to visit the Pikmin, only to discover that the planet is undergoing an extreme environmental crisis and they need to work together with the Pikmin to save it.
